 The project report should be submitted in A4 size. Number of copies to be

submitted in department : Two (One for Department, One for rgpv).and One
copy for each batch member. For department copy the certificate should consists
of names and roll numbers of all batch members .
 Bond paper (A4 size) should be used for the preparation of the project report.
Typing should be done on one side of the paper
 The page numbers should be indicated at bottom-middle of the each page
 The dissertation shall be properly bound, using Rexene of black colour .The
bound front cover should indicate in suitable embossed letter
 Two blank papers should be provided at the beginning and at the end.
 All fonts name must be Times New Roman.
 Font size from the chapter must be 12
 All paragraph must be justify
 Chapter font size must be 24
 line spacing must be 1.5
 Page size must be left 1.5”,right-1.0”, top-1.0”, bottom-1.0”
 Main Heading must be Upper case in 12 font size
 Subheading must be Title Case in 12 font size with italic and numbering will be
