Goal #2: Create interactive
activities
I chose this goal because learning
does not have to be direct instruction
and mundane. Learning can be
implemented in many ways and using
different materials. I expect to
improve my outcomes in the future
by spending more time being
personally creative. This will benefit
my students’ academic outcomes but
taking the stress away from the
students.
I expect to accomplish this goal after
my first year of teaching. As a full
time teacher, implementing many
different large group activities may be
difficult but I hope to experiment and
improve after my first year.

Goal #3: Reflect and Improve
I chose this goal because reflection is
an integral part of growth and
learning. I expect to improve the
outcome of my future students with
this goal by constantly reflection on
my lessons and instructional
strategies to best fit my students
within the classroom.
I expect to accomplish this goal after
a few months of teaching but the goal
will never be complete. Reflecting
will be constant but I hope for it to
become a regular part of my routine a
few months into my teaching career.
