1. Tell me about yourself

I am an enterprising person with many goals to fulfill both personal and work. I find
myself in a very special moment in my working life that I am finishing my career
and with what I have learned in my working life I feel more capable of doing
whatever I propose. I consider myself a hardworking and detail oriented person.

2. Why should we hire you?

should be hired for my qualities and abilities and also for my achievements in
previous companies where my work came to reduce most of the activities
established in my contract in addition to my experience of almost 10 years in work
management under pressure, tolerance to frustration and capacity of analysis and
immediate solution of problems in real time.

3. What is your greatest strength?

The strengths that I possess have been refined in my work where thanks to my
orientation to detail the assigned processes with respect to percentage of
effectiveness went up and allowed me to achieve great businesses such as the
increase of clients in the previous year with respect to the other.
The collaboration is also a great quality that I have and allows me to excel in the
work environment.
 4. What is your greatest weakness?

My opportunity for improvement lies in my anxiety at the moment of not

knowing something important to give a successful result. I work in breathing
exercises where notoriously decreased anxiety.

5. Why do you want to work here?

This company is a great work step for any professional seeking the absolute
success. Whether for its administration, clients, human capital and is
recognized as one of the best in the middle
.

6. Why did you leave your last job?

Reaching my top in the previous company reaches the ceiling so I wanted to

find an opportunity to continue climbing in the workplace

7. What is your greatest accomplishment?

Achieve unify four processes in one by means of an information system that

allows the results in real time for three different departments. We are currently
using this program for the best performance.
8. Describe a difficult work situation and what you did to overcome it...?

Because of my good work methods, it was evident in others the work

qualities that I had above the immediate boss which generated discord in
the working environment, I met with my boss and I explained that I only
perform my job in the best way and that my interest only is to do my work.
To which he understood and the case could be harmonized.

9. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

In five years I hope to finish the different specializations that my career has
besides a very stable job where I have defined a possible pension.

10. Do you have any questions for me?

f you are sure that your business is not a commercial problem. What you are
researching and your profitability margins are very good, and that it
continues over the years.
