To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Ashlee Knoll and I am interested in becoming a team member of Covenant

Healthcare. I am hoping to be considered for the position of Comprehensive Joint
Replacement Nurse Navigator. I feel that this position would help me grow further in my nursing
practice as well as my community outreach efforts.

My experience as a Registered Nurse has prepared me to be successful in this position. Prior to

my current nurse manager role that I have held for four years, I worked on a very busy
orthopedic unit for five years. During this time I developed skills such as critical thinking, time
management, and resource utilization. I have successfully managed a team of over 85
associates including the day-to-day operations of two nursing units, scheduling,
interviewing/hiring nursing staff, and any necessary discipline. As the nurse manager, I was also
involved with the implementation of the CJR program at our facility.
