Nike also allows customers to adjust their orders. This page offers great customer
service where people can buy on the web; they can design their own shoes. This allows
viewers to choose the color of the product they choose and get a visual image of the
customized product before they order. A fast and simple customization process
improves task performance. The client clicks on the product, and then customizes the
product parts using various color choices. Visual images of customized products appear
immediately, and allow visitors to continue or continue the customization process again
if they are not satisfied.
This website is very interactive with visitors. Its interactive capabilities are strong. This
website displays the company's logos and goals and thus strengthens their brand name
and reputation in the sports sector. On the website there are homepages and subpages
where all company activities are shared and from there visitors are easily linked to
various divisions of the Nike website all of which finally ended up at the Web store.
The entire website creates an environment where Nike is presented in the context of
diverse lifestyles. In addition, Nike has a search engine that gives users one-click
options to any part of the site they are looking for. It also encourages visitors to actively
interact with the site rather than more passive hyperlinks. They also let customers
interact through posting reviews about the product, but do not facilitate web pages
specifically opened for discussion.
This website is very easy to use. Initially when a visitor enters a page, the website asks
visitors to choose the preferred language from a list of fourteen languages, as well as to
select specific regions and locations. This allows websites to be compatible, no matter
who the user is and what language they use. So it's very easy for everyone to enter the
website and understand everything. In addition, the website shows clear customer
segmentation: women, men and children, who usually practice sports. This allows
visitors to go straight to the task that he wants to achieve.
Nike uses pictures of the most famous athletes in the world to promote their brands.
This can be a customer incentive. What Nike meant was to fill pages of images of sports
stars to attract attention, consumers between and so on. For example if a visitor enters
the football section they will find Cristiano Ronaldo and if they go to the basketball
section of Lebron James or Kobe Bryant. In addition, Nike has a search engine that
gives users one-click options to any part of the site they are looking for. It also
encourages visitors to actively interact with the site rather than more passive hyperlinks.
Website design is very good, displays its products well and displays Nike's vision in an
interesting way. Nike creates interaction by letting customers customize their products,
which is an innovative aspect of their website. However, I still have a few suggestions
for them. I would not recommend using so much money for advertising because this is
a brand that everyone knows. On the website you can see the best athletes in the world
for that means for companies too much money is invested in marketing. Nike is an
international brand so they don't need to develop too much money on famous people.
They can sell cheaper products if they don't expand money in advertisements like soccer
players. Another suggestion is that websites can create serious new products where
people can choose whether they will buy this product or not just appear on the website
and if people are interested, the company can develop this product. This is a cheaper
way to find out if people will buy a product.
