PARTITION AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

THIS AGREEMENT, executed by and between MA. MARTINA v. RECENTES, single, of


legal age, Filipino citizen, with residence and postal address at Zinia St., San
Martin de Porres 3, Panapaan, Bacoor City, JONA B. VIDALLON, single of legal age,
Filipino citizen, with residence and postal address at Brgy. Kaybagal, Tagaytay
City, and CORAZON V. RECENTES, married to RENE A. RECENTES, both of legal age, both
Filipino citizens, with residence and postal address at Brgy. Kaybagal, Tagaytay
City.

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, all parties are the co-owners of a parcel of land situated at


Barangay Salaban, Amadeo, cavite, and covered by ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TITLE No.
op-1217, containing a total area of THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND NINETY-FOUR
(3,194) METERS, more or less, and more particularly described as follows:

Lot 388. Cad-4820 on the E. Norw line 6-7 by Lot 384, Cad-482-0; and on the S.,
along line by Lot 385, Cad-482•D. Beginning at a marked of lot 387. Cad-482•D,
being S_12 deg. 34'E.. 3450.94m. from BLLM No 1, cad 482-0, Amadeo. cadastre.

WHEREAS, the parties have agreed to end such co-ownership, and for this
purpose have caused the above property to be subdivided and designated into tot NO.
387-A up to Lot No. 387-1 as per tracing cloth and blue print plan Psd-04-247455
duly approved by the Bureau Of Lands On made integral part of this Agreement;
together with the technical descriptions, which are WHEREAS, the parties have
hereby agreed to subdivide among themselves, their common properties as follows MA.
