To lower Cortisole these are the


steps to follow:

1. Good sleep
2. Sunlight; it produces vitamin D3(test vitamin D). You need to take Vitamin K2 (only available in
Net) with D3
3. Walking
4. Over exercise will increase Cortisole.
5. You need Vitamin B1 and Potassium
6. Calcium in the form of Calcium Citrate not Calcium Carbonate( available in Net)

In order to have B1 and Potassium through food:

Salad- Tomato, Asparagus, Cabbage, Carrots, Parseley, lettuce , Spinach, Broccoli, (all half boiled)

Fruits- water melon, orange, Plum, Raisin, Pineapple, Peanuts

Cereals and cooked foods- Lentil with green peas, Oats, Mushrooms, Sweet potato and Rajma.
