ANALYSIS PHASE,WE HAVE ANALYSED THE USER REQUIREMENT SUCH AS:-

1) ADDITION OF THE RECORD OF THE CUSTOMER WHO COMES INTO THE

HOTEL.
2) DELETION OF THE RECORD WHEN THE CUSTOMER LEAVES THE HOTEL.
3) PRINTING AND CALCULATION OF THE BILL.
4) RECORD OF THE FACILITIES AVAILABLE IN THE HOTEL.
5)ALLOTMENT OF THE ROOM.
IN THIS PROJECT WE HAVE ALSO ANAYLYSED THAT THE PRODUCT SHOULD NOT
BE VERY COSTLY BUT ITS QUALITY AND INTERFACE MUST BE ATTRACTIVE.IF ANY
WRONG OPERATION IS BEING PERFORMED THEN THE PRODUCT MUST INVOKE
THE OPERATOR ACCORDINGLY.

TO “REAL” SYSTEM BEING STUDIED.FOR THIS REASON IT IS IMPORTANT THAT
THE ANALYSE IS KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE GENERAL MAKEUP AND
ACTIVITIES OF THE SYSTEM.
THE DRAWBACK OF THE OBSERVATION IS;
1)WHEN OCCUR COMPLEX SITUATION IT CAN BE VERY TIME CONSUMING
2) WHEN SMALL SAMPLE IT CAN BE INACCURATE.

web based information system engineering is more complex than traditional information
sySTem engineering in that raises many new issues. Such as presentation issues,user profiling
