Sweet Berry Shortcake

The big hit Sweet Berry Shortcake that every girl is raving about is here! The eye-catching
polka dot pattern is formed by little pieces of raspberries.  On top of the cake base, this
sponge cake is covered in pink sweet raspberry cream. The best cake that arouse new

Instructions

Ingredients
For sponge For raspberry cream

• 2 eggs • raspberry jam (4o grams)


• raspberry puree
• sugar (70 grams)
(2 teaspoons)
• baking powder (70 grams) • sugar (15 grams)
• 2 freeze raspberries • fresh cream (300 grams)

• milk (25 ml.)


For decoration
• vanilla extract • icing sugar (insoluble)
• syrup (2o ml.) • 2 strawberries
• 3 blueberries
• raspberry puree (2 teaspoons)

For sponge

1. Add eggs and sugar , mix well until it turns white

2. beat in opposite clockwise 1 minutes and add flour

3. Add milk, vanilla extract and flour and mix well

4. Add freeze raspberries in 1/3 of bake tray, then add


the sponge

5. Make sure there is no air bubble within sponge

6. Bake 9-10 minutes until cake springs back

(200 degree celsius)

7. Chill for 5 minutes , then rasp with plastic rasp to


make sure the cake will not dry

sugar and mix well

2. Add cream

*divide fresh cream around 4-5 times*
