VISIT WALK AROUND INSPECTION :
1)Coolant level.

2)Oi(crankcase level).

3)Leakage both oil and coolant.

4)Fan Altenator belts condition.

5)Battries electrolytes level cable specific gravity.

6)Testing engine underload and off load condition for general performance.

7)Testing safety device operation.

PERIODIC MAINTENANCE (AS &WHEN REQUIRED)

1)Changing oil and Filters.

2)Changing coolant and coolant conditioners.

3)Servicing changing air-cleaner element.

4)Filling Battery electrolytes .

5)Greasing all service points.

6)Fan Belt adjustment/replacement.

7)Changing Fuel Filters.

MONTHLY MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE :

Every month 2 visit from the date of confirming order.Total no of visit 2.

Total No of complaint 1 in per month. Extra Complaint Will be charged @Rs 2,500/- (Montly
Contract)

ON EVERY 200 HOURS:

Generator service change oil and filters and servicing & cleaning and sevice charges aspect
labour charges will be discounted 500/- rupees
MONTHLY MAINTENANCE CONTRACT CHARGES:
Monthly Contract Charges Per Unit, RS =2500 /=

Zamzama Office Genset 150 Kva Monthly Rs=3500/=

Total Amount Monthly = RS 16,000/=

TERM AND CONDITIONS

1)100% amount will be paid in advance at the time of confirming contract.

2)All the materials or spares cost will be borne by the client.

3)After receiving call on any working day we will attend the problem with 2,3 hours, as
depending upon the distance and situation .we shall not accept the responsibilities for
accident in machines.

4)Emergency call on holidays will be extra charges 2500/- per visit

5)Monthly 2 visit all generating set after 15 days and one complain in every month No extra
charges.

6)Any sort of generators over hauling will be charged extra.
