KMJS Pumps is an authorized distributor of industrial pumps. We
provide cost-effective solutions through pump customization for our
customers by configuring practical replacement and upgrades for each
client’s industrial pump operation.

By helping local customers help themselves, KMJS Pumps hopes to


build trust and relationships with existing and potential customers.
We assure that each product will perform at your system’s maximum
requirements and optimum efficiency.
1.1 MISSION
To provide our customers with the best quality services and solutions
by providing products that last long and are highly efficient.

1.2 VISION
KMJS shall be the leading pump provider nationwide, aspiring to be
the preferred choice for supplying water handling pumps and related
services to our customers.

HUMAN RESOURCES
PAY DETAILS
• All employees are paid twice a month, every 15th and last day of
the month.
• Be sure to review and become familiar with the paid time off
policies so you will understand the acceptable parameters for pay
and paid time off. All non-exempt employees must submit a
timesheet according to the deadline set by the local time collector.
• All exempt employees must send their exception hours (vacation,
personal, sick, jury duty, bereavement, etc.) to their department's
time collector. Consult with your supervisor for the designated
time collector's procedures. Time collectors submit their
department's exception report to the local timekeeper according to
the deadline set by the local timekeeper.

Retirement Benefits
KMJS PUMPS provides you both a pension plan and a retirement
savings plan to help you prepare for a financially secure future. The
pension plan is funded solely by KMJS PUMPS, and you are
automatically enrolled in the plan when you join the KMJS PUMPS
team. Enrollment in the pension plan and retirement savings plan is
automatic.

Educational Assistance
The Educational Assistance policy provides KMJS PUMPS
employees with the opportunity to increase their skill and performance
level by supplementing work experience with additional education in
related business fields. Regular full-time employees in good standing
with at least 3 years of continuous service with KMJS PUMPS may be
eligible for educational assistance. The company will reimburse up to
100% of the cost of tuition, registration, and other qualifying related
fees.

Time Off
KMJS PUMPS has policies and procedures covering the various
types of time off. Your eligibility for each type depends on your job
status and position. Time-off benefits includes vacation, holiday pay,
sick pay and personal day off.
