I. History and Early Years

A. Ma’am, may we request you to tell us how Elke’s Breadhouse was established? How
long has it been since the entity’s establishment?
B. What made you decide to establish this type of a business?
C. How much of a capital or investment was needed in setting up this type of a
business? What resources were needed to set-up this business?
D. May we request you to describe to us the early years of operation of this business?
What particular challenges did you have to deal with?
E. What major processes did you have to go through to set-up this type of a business?
For instance, what permits and documents did you have to accomplish?
F. What major changes or transformations has this business been through since its
establishment?
G. What lessons or principles do you think should business students like us learn or
remember in setting up this type of a business?

A. May we request you to explain to us the mission, vision and philosophy of your
business? What is the mission statement of Elke’s Breadhouse? What is its vision

business espouse?
