A residential advisor's goal is to maintain a positive mentor relationship with the residents in their
respective building by implementing programs, bulletin boards, and other activities to help engage and
motivate residents toward success during their time at the university.

An Orientation leader serves as a mentor for new students during the summer as they are introduced to the
university as well as the students first point of contact when learning about the campus.
