are able to provide motivation to their students to be enthusiastic in learning. Conceptually, the
teacher as a professional must fulfill various competency requirements to carry out professional
duties and authority. With the enthusiasm of the teacher in teaching, so that the concept

can create students who have faith, knowledge, piety and character who are ready to face the
challenges of education in the 21st century. Professional teachers will be able to take advantage
of information technology advances, to improve the quality of teaching and learning processes in
order to prepare superior human resources.
