TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. OES holds the candidate responsible for the authenticity of the document submitted
for admission process.

2. OES will undertake and process all documents on behalf of the candidate after
submission of all documents /information in complete shape by the candidate and
effectively represent the candidate before the concerned educational institutions
abroad.

3. OES will apply for _____________ universities in _____________ depending upon

applicant’s profile and universities requirement.

4. Applicants are required to submit all the documents and forms in complete format
before the application process stats. Any rejection due to delay in submission of
relevant documents, OES is not responsible for admission.

5. All the service charges, application charges and the courier charges should be paid
by the applicant soon after finalizing the universities, without which the application
process will not be started.

6. Test Score reporting charges will be handled by the applicant.

7. OES will be responsible for correspondence with the universities till the admission
process, before which the application is not supposed to contact the universities
directly.

8. Applicants are requested to send the e-mails to OES instead of calling and asking for
the status of the applications.

9. All the application status (Admission/Rejection) will be informed as on when we

receive it, which may take up to 30 days before start of the program in some
universities.

10. Once the applicant receives the admission, the applicant should be in direct contact
with universities for the further enrolment process.

11. Applicant can defer the application process for the 2 consecutive intakes provided
the status of the process allows OES to do the same.

12. Rejection due to less test score, OES in not responsible for admission.

13. There will be no refund at all stage of the process once the registration form is
signed.
