I am requiring you here choose an organization of your choice and analyze the business
of the company as a business expert having IT knowledge along and fill up the above
mentioned headings with appropriate material. Use suitable MS Word options while
writing up your stuff (e.g., linkage of table of contents with the downwards material,
Headings, font, bullets and numbering, alignment, insertion of table, figures, pictures,
clip arts, shapes, charts, hyperlink or Bookmark etc). Don’t forget to Add Header Footer
(contain university name and project name, your name and ID as well as page no). you
will expand your documentation on the same report as Assignment No 2, 3 and 4).
Step-3: Use formula to find which students has Grade B and which students have
percentage less then 70%.
Step-4: Use formula to find which student got highest marks in English and which get
lower marks in Math.
Step-5: Use the data plots the graphs; I need you to plot bar graphs of student’s marks
in English.
B) I want you to plot graph of student's percentage in class using pie or line graph.
C) I want you to plot graph to show students Grade with their names.
Step-6: Show each single step by showing screenshots of process step by step. With
their description what you did first and till end in MS Word. Also write and explain each
and every step.
MS ACCESS Part
Step -7: We able to create a detailed grade book in MS Excel. Now I want you to keep
in mind the process and create school/college/ University tables/entities with
appropriate fields and data type.
Enter data of in the fields of all the tables.
Important thing you can import your data from MS Excel to MS Access by import data
wizard.
Step-8: Now you need to mention the Primary and foreign key relationship between the
tables.
Step-9: your design part is ready for implementation. Now you have to implement all the
tables and their relationship also formulas over here as well as we implemented in
excel. You have to create front end form as well where you can enter the data and it will
save in the database.
Step-10: Prepare detailed report and delivers hard and soft copy and also Power point
presentation.
