LEASE CONTRACT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Contract of Lease made and executed this ___________________ by and between:

RAFAEL M. CLEMENTE, represented by MA. RACHEL C. RAYMUNDO, of legal age, Filipino, with postal address at
15-E Avelino St., Xavierville 2, Loyola Heights, Quezon City, hereinafter referred to as the “LESSOR”;

- and -

Czara Loraine F. Dy, of legal age, Filipino, residing at Unit 16L Eastwood Parkview Tower 1, Orchard Rd. Bagumbayan,
Libis, Quezon City, hereinafter referred to as the “LESSEE”;

WHEREAS, the LESSOR is the registered owner of Parking Slot N-69 at Basement 4 of One Central Park, Eastwood City,
Quezon City.

WHEREAS, the LESSEE desires to lease the above-mentioned parking slot for her personal use, and the LESSOR is willing
to lease it unto the LESSEE, subject to the terms and conditions specified in this contract.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the covenants and agreements hereinafter set forth, the LESSOR agrees and
consents to lease unto the LESSEE said parking slot under the following terms and conditions:

1. TERM OF LEASE. The term of lease shall be for a guaranteed period of TWO (2) MONTHS from April 11,
2019 – June 10, 2019. The lease may be renewed upon agreement of both parties, with a written or verbal notice
of renewal before termination date. Pre-termination is not allowed in this Lease Agreement.

2. RENTAL AMOUNT. The parties hereby agree that the monthly rental amount of the leased parking slot shall be
THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P3,500), Philippine Currency.

3. ADVANCE PAYMENT. Upon signing of this contract, the LESSEE shall pay the LESSOR the amount of
SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS (7,000) representing TWO (2) MONTHS advance rent payment.

4. RULES AND REGULATIONS. The LESSEE agrees to abide by the existing rules and regulations promulgated
by the condominium association.

5. ASSIGNMENT. The LESSEE shall not assign, sell nor transfer his leasehold right to the parking slot or any part
thereof without the prior consent of the LESSOR.
