The first job application presented is for a Therapeutic Staff support at Steward Family Hospital
in Hermitage Pa. Therapeutic staff are responsible for interventions to stabilize the child or
adolescent. While monitoring the patient through activities in finding the solution to the patients
problems. Working in teams with treatments and family members in a community setting.
Therapeutic staff must also focus on chronic insight of emotional and physical problems. Skills
and personal characteristics to have are the ability to give the patients respect and create
boundaries with confidential information. 

​ The second job application is presented for Family Therapist, provides therapy to children an
adolescent displaying social, emotional and behavioral disorders and their families. Family
therapy includes intensive case management crisis intervention with individual to child or adult,
family and couple crisis. Counselors possess a variety of skills of communication skills, empathy
and leadership abilities. Responsibilities as a therapist is to create treatment plans for the family
or patient recording the improvements.

community with urgent care to all patients with passion for focusing on high quality care.
Keeping the commitment to help as much as possible in gaining the patients health care in every

Rhetorical Analysis

In my resumes I’ve focused on my experiences and skills that the job application recommended.
It is a good way for employers to notice what skills that I am capable of bringing to the company.
With my degree in psychology that I have included it gives me a sense into what i have
experience as well. My experiences is in babysitting an working at mental institution prepared
me. Also it was a great experience to have especially because the field that I am applying to
relates to children an adults.

An in doing so its the perfect quality to have in working human resources. In addition to theses
qualities I see that I am fit to accommodate patients in anyway possible. Therefore within my
achievements I successfully used my basic social skills an the ability to work collaboratively in
groups to service food to the homeless on Thanksgiving Day, Toy drive for Christmas, and clean
the community streets.

A TSS (Therapeutic Staff Support) provides one-to-one behavioral interventions to children and
