A questionnaire was prepared for analysing the attitude of employees towards promotion
and reward policies of Cochin Port Trust. The primary data collected by using questionnaire was
tabulated, converted in to percentage and displayed both in table and as well as by graphical
represenentation of analysis. Based on their data interpretation were made.
5.1Age classification

5.3 Educational Qualification
The table describes the classification of respondents based on educational qualification. The
educational qualification is classified as below S.S.L.C, S.S.L.C, Plus2, U.G and P.G.

5.4 Experience wise classification
The table describes the experience wise classification of the respondents. It is classified as 0-5
