Summary
The XPREZZON® bedside monitor (91393) provides premium performance and ultra-configurability to
support the clinical requirements of the highest acuity environments. Key features include: easy-to-
use graphical window interface, dual-display configurations, information-rich tabular and graphical
trends, remote view, and alarm watch.
Provisions for mounting the monitor behind its companion display or on an independent arm have
been included in its design, creating a system that looks stylish, and functions optimally. Optional
upper and lower cabinets are available and can be mounted directly to a standard wall track, wall, or
headwall to provide storage and cable management.
Product Configurations
User Interface Intuitive Graphical Window interfaces; all controls are onscreen touch buttons,
with the exception of the power (ON/OFF) key; optional controls include mouse,
keyboard, and remote control.
Large Numerics More than big numbers, this feature provides enhanced alarm surveillance and
quick access to the parameter menus. Display presentations are user-
configurable.
Trends Shows 24 to 96 hours of graphic and tabular trend data for any bed on the
network.
• Graphic — 1, 2, 6, 12, or 24 hour segments; data is stored in 1-minute
resolution.
• Tabular — Time increments of 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
Interactive Networking Provides interactive view, control, review and recording capabilities for
parameters, trends and calculations shown from any monitored patient on the
network.

Dynamic Network Access™ Spacelabs Healthcare proprietary version of the Citrix ICA Client provides the
(DNA™) ability to connect and interact with remote applications hosted on Citrix servers;
Citrix server software and other associated licenses and applications must be
purchased separately.

Remote View/Alarm Watch Provides a single parameter view for any monitored patient on the network
(Remote View), or in the event of an alarm (Alarm Watch) from up to
32 selected patients. Data from any monitor may be simultaneously viewed by
up to 16 monitors.
Built-in Alarm Light Provides multi-color visual alarm notification based on alarm severity. Shows
both on the front and back of the monitor.
Alarm Management Capabilities that enable clinical staff to quickly review alarm settings, identify
recent alarm conditions, prevent nuisance alarms, control alarm indications for
persistent conditions and proactively manage audible alarm indications.
Configurable Patient ID The biomed-level administration tool enables configuration of the patient
demographic information shown in public views. For example: remote viewing,
alarm watching, full bed reviews, and central monitor waveform zones.
Barcode Scanner Support Provides support for third-party bar code scanners; only USB-powered bar code
scanners should be used at the patient bedside.
Exergen Temporal Artery Provides USB support for Exergen Temporal Artery Thermometer.
Thermometer Support
Flexible Mounting Solutions Optional upper and lower cabinets GCX M-series and VHM color matched
mounts. Optional display handle.
Connectors Four USB ports — two on front panel; two on rear panel
Parameter Capacity Provides three times the number of waveforms purchased, up to a maximum of
24 parameters.
Options
The following options are available:
Q Data Shuttle® (for use with selected modules only) supports transfer for up to
24 hours of the database from the monitor, including continuous and episodic
events, and trend information for all parameters monitored by modules and

R Patient Data Logger; presents an ASCII data stream of patient name and vital
sign data to the serial port in a pre-defined format
T Dual Display; provides support for two displays — one dedicated to monitoring
applications and one to DNA applications
