Vic Neufeld Biography

Vic Neufeld, Vic to his family and friends runs a multi-billion dollar marijuana enterprise. He has
been a part of some of the biggest companies in the world, sits on multiple boards of directors, and
travel across the world. Running a huge business is not for the faint of heart. Victor's professional
training and upbringing have molded him to be a man he is today. He is quick to credit passion and
drive into energy, which makes him a true asset to every company he works with.

Victor Neufeld has come a long way, from being a son of a peach farmer to a successful
businessman. Who would have thought that a simple boy will be a chief executive officer of some of
the biggest industries? Vic attributed his success to the kind of training and discipline his father
instilled in him. Victor does not come from a rich family. His father was originally from Germany who
eventually moved to Canada after World War II.

He didn't have much growing up. His father sharecrops and Vic and his three brothers were asked to
help on the farm. His father eventually bought a farm and they were helping each other with all the
leg work. Tending a farm was labor-intensive and all of them were required to help. They devote six
days a week for farming and the seventh day is for family and worship. Vic has been helping his
father on the farm until such time he left their house to pursue his college education.

Vic Neufeld has learned the value of money at a very young age. If not for his father, he wouldn t be '
as successful as he is right now. He realized the importance of working hard to earn a living. He
learned that money didn't come on a silver plate. Would you believe that even up to this day, he
bends down to pick up change?

In 1978, Vic Neufeld earned his MBA and was hired as a lowly accountant student. After receiving
his chartered accountant designation in 1981, Victor got promoted to a manager. He has built

name for himself as a disciplined and energetic manager. People in the industry know him because
of stellar work ethic and dedication to put the clients first more than anything and anyone else. He
became the youngest partner in the history of the storied accounting firm.

Vic was an ambitious professional with high entrepreneurial spirit. He was able to achieve the
stability and prestige a young executive could ever wish for. Today, Victor is in the twilight of his
years but he remains to be significant in the industry. Most people of his age are already on their
retirement, but Victor's brilliant mind is still needed in the industry. He was fortunate enough to
have a wife and a family who are supportive and understanding. They understand that all the efforts
and hard work Victor have put on are for the welfare of his family.
