The Park:

A local summer camp has been given a piece of land to create a park for the kids to use. They
have also received a grant that will be paying for most of the project, the only thing that the
summer camp must pay for are the seeds to plant grass in the unused areas of the park.

The Park:
The land that they have been given is in the shape of a rectangle which can be seen below. The

The main feature of the park will be a play structure, this structure will be custom built

The Pool:
The park will have a pool installed, the pool will have a small area made of cement surrounding
it and will be fenced in. The radius of the pool is 73% of the radius of the whole fenced in area.

The Flowerbed:
There will be a flowerbed in the park in the shape of a partial circle, the flowers will make up
most of the circle leaving 60˚ of the circle to be plain grass. The area of the sector with no
flowers is 13m2.

A merry-go-round will be installed in the park, it has a circumference of approximately 9.42m.
