1. Open your Student Login portal through your user ID and password. Then do the following: [05]
a) Click on download button and extract it
b) Open BCA File Set1 document file and do the work as per given instruction
c) Save all the excel work in the given Excel file
d) After completion all the work convert your folder into zip and upload the file from your student
login
2. Open your Excel file and do the following. You need to calculate the shaded fields as per the
instructions. Use suitable formula for the same. After completing all the instructions your worksheet
will look like below.

a) Open the Database sheet. Now set the Order ID column in such a way so that prefix “A_” will
automatically come after entering the given four digits number. [04]
b) Now calculate discount on the basis of below mentioned criteria by using suitable formula. The
percentage will be calculating on the multiplication of units and rate. Then calculate Amount.

Bike >=30 8%
Scooty >=28 5%
Bicycle >=45 3%

c) Highlight Salesperson whose amount is 6th lowest. Highlight color will be light yellow. [07]
d) Create a pivot table and pivot chart as above format. Pivot table style should be ‘Medium 6’.

e) Extract the unique region list in cell K1. Then create a drop down list of this region in cell K9.
Now calculate the region wise net amount by using suitable formula in cell L9. [06+05+04]

f) Go to ‘Budget’ sheet. Now calculate the budget in cell B4 [Reservation Fee + Price per Person *
Number of Guest]. But budget amount should not exceed Rs.15000. So for this budget calculate
the number of guest in cell B3. [03+07]
3. Open your word file and do the following as per instructions. After completing your file will look
like below.
4. Insert the image file named ‘Text’ in the 1st page of your word file. Now type the same in the below of
that image. Then copy that text and paste trice in the next sheet, spacing of paragraph should be 12pt
and alignment should be justify. Also set the paper size as A4. Now do the following.

a. Divide the whole paragraph into two parts and also set a line between them. [05]
b. Set the first letter of the first paragraph in such a way so that it will cover up to three lines. [05]
c. Insert a smart art like above format and place it in proper position. [06]
