Other Subsea Mattresses

BITUMAT® bitumen mattresses are used to support and protect pipelines and
cables
– Cushioned interface to reduce risk of damage from sharp edges
– Offer good impact resistance
– Bespoke sizes made to order with an integral lifting system
SCOURMAT® are based on our SEAMAT® concrete mattresses with geotextile
membrane cast through the block
– Prevent scour by reducing wash-out of material
– Flexible to conform with seabed topography
ANCHORMAT® are similar to our SEAMAT® concrete mattresses however central
blocks are replaced with webbing slings
– Mitigate concrete abrasion and direct load/weight transfer
– Allow lateral movement of asset
– Enables visual inspection of pipelines and cables

Cement Supply Vessels

For offshore grouting projects requiring significant quantities of cement, Neptune


can assist with coordinating in-field cement transfer.
Our offshore grouting equipment can be installed onto the installation vessel with
optimised cement storage silos.
Neptune can coordinate the refill of cement offshore using a suitable platform
supply vessel (or similar) which can mitigate the need for installation vessels to
return to port to collect cement, and remain operational.
Our cement refill equipment and personnel include:
– Suitable PSV (with or without bulk storage)
– Cement Silos
– Air Compressors
– 2x Offshore Cement Technicians and 1x Offshore Grouting Supervisor
Refill vessel can join the installation vessel alongside to enable 24 hour operations
to be maintained without short of cement
