Background

Teaching is the concerted sharing of knowledge and experience, which is usually organized
within a discipline and, more generally, the provision of stimulus to the psychological and
intellectual growth of a person by another person or artifact. And teaching has a significant
impact not only on the learning of the child but also on his/ her overall personality. So that the
teacher now must being as a fasilitator who facilitates in the teaching learning process of a child
in all the ways. Like as philosopher and guide who helps the child in the process of cognitive
development.

Communication is a process by which someone or several people convey information.

Communication is divided into 2 types, they are verbal communication (directly) and non-verbal
communication (body language) like gestures, eye contact, etc. Communication often occurs in
the classroom but it shoud be not everyone can communicate well. The teacher needs to be
skilled at communicating so that he can transfer knowledge to his students well.

A teacher does not only have to have knowledge but he must also have skills in communication.
because now there are many educators who understand the material to be taught but they do
not have the skills to convey the knowledge, eventually causing a bad impact on students. like
boredom in the classroom so students don't pay attention to the teacher.

Based on description, the researcher carried out to analyze and prove whether communication
is very importand in teaching learning process.

The effect of the communication in the teaching learning process can help students attach
concepts to their own lives, as students will aply what they learn in class to the world around
them. And today, there are many educators who do not understand how to communicate well.
So that the teacher and learner have different mind. As happened in India. Because of disliking
for teacher which may be associated with punishment inflicted by the teacher or the lack of
