You are hereny commanded to arrest LAILA MANALO and ARJAY ASDISEN
to be found at Tulip St., Camarin Brgy 174, Caloocan City or elsewhere and who is
charged before me with the crime of Grave Coercion Under Art. 286 of the RPC and
to bring him/her/them before me to be dealt with according to law.
The bail for the release of the accused is hereby fixed at THIRTY SIX
THOUSAND PESOS (Php36,000.00) which may be furnished by the said accused
either by depositing the amount thereof with the nearest collector of Internal Revenue,
or Provincial, City or Municipal Treasurer in accordance with Section 14 (CASH BAIL) or
by furnishing bond approved by the Judge of the Regional/Metropolitan/Municipal Trial
Court in accordance with Section 10 (CORPORATE SURETY) and Section 11
(PROPERTY BOND) of Rule 114 of the Revised Rules on Criminal Procedure. The
peace officer/s making arrest is/are hereby authorized to discharged from custody the
accused after furnishing bail in the manner hereinabove indicated which must be stated
in the return hereof.

(now the Presiding Judge of RTC, Br. 121, Caloocan City) conducted the preliminary
investigation of the case; That on the basis of the evidence submitted, she
recommended the indictment of the accused for the crime of Robbery With Force Upon
Things. However, on review, said finding was modified by SACP Ethel Kathleen D.
Tugade by finding probable cause to indict the accused for the crimes of Grave
Coercion and Theft. Moreover, the undersigned Prosecutor caused the preparation of
the information upon Order of City prosecutor Ferdinand U. Valbuena.
