Eye Contact:
Check for and remove any contact lenses. Immediately flush eyes with running water for at least 15 minutes, keeping eyelids
open. Cold water may be used. Do not use an eye ointment. Seek medical attention.
Skin Contact:
After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water. Gently and thoroughly wash the contaminated skin with running
water and non-abrasive soap. Be particularly careful to clean folds, crevices, creases and groin. Cover the irritated skin with an
emollient. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. Wash contaminated clothing before reusing.
Serious Skin Contact: Not available.
Inhalation: Allow the victim to rest in a well ventilated area. Seek immediate medical attention.
Serious Inhalation:
If fumes are still suspected to be present, the rescuer should wear an appropriate mask or a self-contained breathing
apparatus. Evacuate the victim to a safe area as soon as possible. If the victim is breathing, check for unusual breath odors.
Loosen tight clothing such as a collar, tie, belt or waistband. If breathing is difficult, administer oxygen. If the victim is not
breathing, perform mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. Maintain an open airway. WARNING: It may be hazardous to the person
providing aid to give mouth-to-mouth resuscitation when the inhaled material is toxic, infectious or corrosive. Seek immediate
medical attention.
Ingestion:
Since the product is a gas and that it is mostly probable that it will be inhaled more than ingested, please consider first to look
at the preventive measures in case of inhalation.
Serious Ingestion: Not available.
Small Spill: Try to stop the gaseous leak by taping the container with an appropriate material (tape, stretched plastic).
Large Spill:
Toxic gas. Flammable gas. Let evaporate. If possible, turn leaking container so that gas escapes rather than liquid. Do not
touch spilled material. Do not direct water at spill or source. Use water spray curtain to divert vapor drift. Use water spray to

reduce vapors. Prevent entry into sewers, basements or confined areas. Eliminate all ignition sources. Be careful that the
product is not present at a concentration level above TLV. Check TLV on the MSDS and with local authorities.
Precautions:

residue under a fume hood. Ground all equipment containing material. Do not ingest. Do not breathe gas/fumes/ vapour/spray.
Avoid contact with eyes In case of insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory equipment If you feel unwell, seek medical
attention and show the label when possible. Keep container tightly closed and in a well-ventilated place.
Storage: Compressed gases should be stored in a separate safety storage cabinet or room.
Engineering Controls: Ventilation is normally required when handling or using this product.
