Student Choice Project

Project #1: Bill of Rights Comic Strip.

Students will turn the Bill of Rights into a comic strip. Each amendment will

be transformed into an illustration with a few air bubbles to depict it. Students

should use creativity to form digital or non-digital works of art that portray the

main idea of each amendment.

Project #2: Bill of Rights Court Case Presentation.

Students will present the Bill of Rights in a presentation using court cases.

Court cases should display how each amendment has been upheld in court.

Presentations can take many forms as long as each Bill of Right amendment is

represented with a corresponding court case.

Project #3: Create your Own Bill of Rights.

In this project students will create their own bill of rights and present them

to class. Presentations can be a live speech accompanied with visual aides or a video

presentation edited with visual effects. Just like the Bill of Rights students will be

required to create ten amendments that protect the life, liberty, and pursuit of

happiness of U.S. citizens.
