LESSON OBJECTIVES
At the end of the session, students are expected to:
1. Identify film as one of the various media-based arts design in the Philippines.
2. Apply different media techniques and processes to communicate ideas, experiences
and stories.
3. Realize that technology is an effective and vibrant tool for empowering a person to
express his/her ideas, goals, and advocacies.

A. ACTIVITY: Film Group Project: "Moving Selfies"


Instruction
1. Make use of mobile phone with camera and choose a catchy tune or song about two
minutes in length.
2. Create a series of "video Selfies" with your group, using that tune as background
music.

B. ANALYSIS
1. In the Philippines name at least 3 outstanding film directors and their contribution

to the movie industry.


2. What is the role of science and technology in film making?
3. How does Film making boost our country's economy, and national prestige?

C. ABSTRACTION
