All natural 100% oat products – oat brans rich in β-glucans, oat flours with protein (all the essential
amino acids) and oat oils, high in polar lipids and antioxidants. Key features include high molecular
weight, high solubility and high viscosity. These products enjoy FDA and EFSA approved health
claims targeting heart disease, diabetes, gut health and weight management – along with functional
properties such as water binding, stabilization and use as carriers. The oat oils are very strong
emulsifiers.
