3rd Party Interfaces compatible with AccuRC

AccuRC supports many USB dongles and direct USB connections. If we have missed one, please let us know.

Please ensure you calibrate all USB controllers in “joy.cpl” in Windows before starting
AccuRC for the first time. This improves resolution and greatly reduces the likelihood of
calibration issues in AccuRC.

Check out our YouTube playlist for configuring your TX and AccuRC to work together.

If you own an adapter and want to check whether it will work before buying AccuRC, type
“joy.cpl” into your Windows search, which will open a window as shown in the picture below. If
your device appears there, and, when clicking on properties, it shows the crosshair and sliders
moving according to your transmitter channels, it will work with AccuRC

Transmitters with USB connections, no dongle

required.
● Mikado VControl
● All FrSky radios
● All Jeti Transmitters
● Turnigy Evolution
● Walkera Devo
● Realflight Interlink, Interlink Elite and Interlink X Controllers (NOT Interlink interface, Wireless SLT Interface)
Wireless dongles
These Dongles allow you to use AccuRC wirelessly:

● freakware RX2Sim (requires receiver compatible with your transmitter)

● Frsky wireless usb dongle
● Spektrum Wireless Simulator Dongle WS1000
● Orange RX USB dongle (Spektrum) (requires USB2 port)
● Orange RX USB dongle (FrSky) (requires USB2 port, may not work with Q X7)

Wired USB dongles

This is just a couple of the many 3rd party dongles that AccuRC supports. There are quite literally hundreds of devices out there that will work with AccuRC:

● Generic Dongle supporting most radios from HobbyKing

● Generic USB device from amazon
● Turnigy TGY-i6 Flight Simulation Cable
● SNhobbies 12-in-1 Simulator Dongle
● XBox controller (Works, but gives you horrible centering and resolution. Not recommended)

Software for connecting trainer port of transmitter to microphone port of computer

(FREE!)
This is far from being an ideal solution, but will get you flying. It’s very low resolution and has quite some delay, but it’s better than nothing. Note: some sound
cards have a filter built into them that stops this method working correctly.

● Smartproplus
What does not work
The big 2 that we know do not work are:
● Phoenix Dongle
● Realflight Interface (not to be confused with the Interlink controllers) that you plug your own transmitter into.
These both use proprietary protocols, and therefore we sadly cannot read their control output.
