Greetings!

We, the undersigned Job Order Employees of the Municipality of Sta. Catalina, who are receiving
(Php 200.00) two hundred pesos a day, would like to request your good office for our additional
daily wage. It’s a burden for us in budgeting the very minimal amount we are receiving since prices
commodities have gone high. Not to mention the additional payment for our Philhealth, SSS, Pag-
Ibig, and BIR contributions, making it harder for us to budget the amount of wage we receive.
We hope for your kind consideration and positive response on this request. It would really help us
a lot if our request be granted.
