Approach Slab, please mentioned thickness of slab in boq item description and provide its
formwork, waterproofing protection board protection screed and dowel bars (dia and
length) quantity separately.

Isolated footing & Pad, please mentioned thickness of Footing & pad in boq item
description and provide its formwork, waterproofing, protection board, protection screed
quantity separately. Waterproofing also required in wet & dry area separately.

Pier & abatement, please mentioned thickness of abutment wall in boq item description
and provide its formwork, waterproofing and dowel bars (dia and length) quantity
separately. Waterproofing and protection board also required for buried structure

Barrier concrete, please mentioned thickness and height of barrier wall in boq item
description and provide its formwork, exposed surface concrete protection coating
quantity also required.
Box girder concrete, please provide its formwork vertical and horizontal quantity
separately, exposed surface concrete protection coating quantity also required.
Prestress steel strands please mentioned the size of strand and conduit.
Please mentioned the size of Bridge pot bearing and venders name if possible for pricing
perpose.
Please mentioned the depth and thickness of expension joint
Access hatches/door and Railing are required or not please clarify
