Research Question
1. Do you apply efforts on playing sports?
2. Do you have enough knowledge on the sports you have chosen?
3. Do you spend more time on sports rather than playing video games?
4. Do you like to play sports if you have companion?
Objective of the study
These study aims to inform every youth or students nowadays to be
active in terms of sports rather than playing video games. We know
that sports has many benefits, some of these are physical fit, healthy
and strong body.
METHODOLOGY
Research Design
This research was design from surveys and studies of the researcher. It
means that this research is a qualitative research that aims to give the
support to the main topic of this research. It also provides the
information of the case studied for the researcher.
Research locate
This research was conducted at Makilala National High School on
February 15 2019.
Research Instrument
This study will use some surveys to determine the numbers of children
who uses drugs at a young age. It includes the student in Makilala
National High School who usually smoke cigarettes and drink alcohol
beverages as a one of the prohibited drugs.
Sampling Procedure
This research uses simple random procedure in selecting the
responders of this study. Specially the students who is active in terms
of sports

The time spend on practicing or playing sports is only 2 hours.
This survey was conducted at Makilala National High School, the
responders were grade 10 students. Most of male athletes were
focusing on basketball, volleyball, and badminton as well as the female
athletes.
