Ms. Spivey developed a sound lesson plan on recognizing fractions in a set. She demonstrated strong instructional delivery and
classroom management. During our post observation conference, she was reflective and open to constructive feedback. I was
impressed by her growth mindset.

Please note that this evaluation is based on a 45 minute observation. I do not feel this to be sufficient time to see the characteristics
needed to earn an "exemplary" rating.
