Disruptive Fund Administration Software to CTAs, CPOs and Other Alternative

Managers

Institutional Advisory Services Group or IASG, a service provider to alternative managers for 25
years, is launching a new division, IASG Fund Services. This company will promote Seamless
Solutions, an innovative and disruptive software developed by Sudrania LLC. The platform can
service CTAs, CPOs, hedge funds, private equity sponsors, real estate investment companies, family
offices and mutual funds.

Chicago, IL, April 25, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Institutional Advisory Services Group (“IASG”), an
independent advisory firm specializing in alternative investments for institutional and high net worth
investors, is pleased to announce the formation of a new company: IASG - Fund Services or “IASG-FS.”

Incorporated in 2019, IASG-FS will offer fund services to investment managers. This new company,
majority owned by the Jonkheer family, has partnered with a known operator in the fund administration
business. Through this operator's innovative SaaS platform, Seamless Solutions™, IASG-FS will sell
fund administration services and products to managers. These services include but are not limited to
back-office, shadow accounting, investor services, cash management, cloud technology, document
storage and cybersecurity.

JonPaul Jonkheer, Executive Vice President of IASG and Principal of IASG-FS, says, “We are excited

IASG-FS, JonPaul and his team expects to deliver administrative solutions to not only CTAs and CPOs
but also to hedge funds, private equity sponsors, real estate investment companies, family offices and
mutual funds.

When asked about how fund servicing is related to other lines of business, Jonkheer responded “Being an
