COMMUNITY SERVICE:
I have completed over 150 hours of community service since 2014. Activities have included serving as an Intern at
the Magical Moon Farm in Marshfield, serving as an Honor Guard for Honor Flight New England, serving meals at
Veterans Dinners, Annual Cemetery Flag Replacements, serving as a Bugler at Memorial Day Events, beach clean-
ups, assisting with special needs swim lessons, To me, community service is not simply participating in various
isolated activities, it reflects a core value of helping others. To see the tears of gratitude on the face of a WW II
Veteran, or the smile on a kid’s face when they learn to swim is one that is heartwarming and inspires me to do
more. Duty to Others is part of the Scout Oath. The Scout Slogan is “Do a Good Turn Daily”. These are core values
that I try to live by each day.
HONORS AND AWARDS
 National Honor Society: Inducted May 2017
 Boy Scouts of America: Medal of Merit for being one of seven scouts that rescued an injured hiker on
Mount Monadnock in October 2015. Awarded November 2015 at a National Court of Honor
