Withholding Rental Payment for March

I’m writing this to tell you that thank to you for not giving me my security deposit back,
I’m now going to sue you in a reward for $2,000, Twice as I pay you for my security deposit. As
it say on Cal Civ Code § 1950.5(b)(2), A landlord can’t withhold any money from a security
deposit if any of the damage is a result from ordinary wear and tear. Cleanly, When I moved into
the apartment there were stains on the walls, dust, and molds around the place. Which I told you
about, but you did nothing about it. Also in Cal Civ Code § 1950.5(l). It says if a landlord
withholds any security deposit and not giving it back, I can sue and the court can give a me
awards the is twice the amount of my security. So that is why I’m suing for $2,000 in return. So,
I hoped to see you in court and what you have to say.

Sincerely, Ethan Erhart
