In line with our duties, as a division of the office of the City

Mayor we are also performing a task of receiving and keeping
records, distribution of executive orders memorandum, endorsement
letters and invitation to different offices NGO’s, banks and others
establishment from time to time.

Public Affairs and Assistance Division rendering a public

service to the people of batangas city with selfless dedication honor
and integrity. a team of God-fearing public servants aiming to uplift
the quality of life of the people under a transparent government with
the end view of having productive, supportive and law abiding
citizenry.

MISSION

To provide quality services to Batangas City residents in order

to address their concerns and improve their living conditions through
proper coordination with different offices.
