Title: One-day Review for EnP Takers

Date: April 26, 2019

Rationale: Project EnP (Expand n Persevere)

The activity aims to further equip and prepare the reviewees in taking the 2019 EnP
Licensure Exam thru:

 Holistic approach on lectures/discussions;

 Foster learning and interest; and
 Provide tips or strategies, whenever fitting but not as to break one’s oath.

Resource Persons and Topics:

Overview of the Planning Process/Rationalized Planning System

b. Marx Rev A. Buenavidez (MRAB), EnP

History/Foundation of Planning
National and International Planning such as SDGs and Ambisyon Natin 2040

c. Atty. Analee Alverastine (ASA)

Environmental Laws – Environmental Code, EIA Systems, Clean Air and Clean
Water, Forestry and Fishery

Target Participants: 35 government and private individuals from the Provinces of

Surigao del Norte and Dinagat Islands. The number of participants must be identified
within the month of March until first week of April.

Total Participants: 38 including 3 resource persons.

Note: We will still pursue even with less participants.

Budgetary Requirements (Estimates):

Meal (120 am snacks + 250 lunch + 120 pm snacks) x 38 pax = 18,620

Venue including sound system and projector = 10,000

Marketing and Logistics = 3,000

Printing of Handouts and Certificates of Attendance = 3,000

Contingency = 2,000

Total = 36,620
Registration Fee: PhP2,200 per pax Total Amount for 35 pax = PhP77,000

Note: The fee is an estimate based on some online sources where it ranges from
PhP8,000 to 16,000 for a 5-day course with at least 50 participants.

Softcopies will be provided those with flash drives

Marketing: Preferably a small tarpaulin in San Nicolas St., in front of TKY and within
Provincial Capitol Grounds, if possible. Pamphlets/flyers (1/2 short bond paper) posted
on walls in MGB waiting shed area. Also, through text messages or social media.

Tasking: MRAB – overall coordinator and organizer

IBD and ASA – 1.) powerpoint presentation preparation; 2.) attend meeting(s),
3.) assist in contacting/messaging for participants

Scheduling:

Within March – marketing, posting of flyers and contacting possible participants

Within March to April 12 – Power point preparation

April 6 to 7 – Finalize venue

April 13 – Pre-event meeting (an earlier meeting may be scheduled if necessary)

 April 21 to 25 – printing of handouts and certificates

Payment: Look for Atty. Alverastine @ 3rd Floor, BFAR Office adjacent to Surigao City
Airport, Brgy. Luna. Once paid slot is reserved. No staggered payment.

Profit Sharing: Total Revenues Less Expenses = Profit. Profit Less 10% for 8% Tax; 1% Office
Upkeep (OU) and 1% for Outreach Activities (CSR). Thus, the remaining 90% is to be
shared equally among three Resource Persons.
