1 Introduction

A project of social entrepreneurship was assigned to us. So that in case current

need we started a company that produces electricity from garbage because
garbage is a new way of electricity that we are introducing in Pakistan and
specially started at small level we target a colony, which is newly build. We are
giving the facilities of collecting garbage from house to house. Collection of
garbage will be done on weekly basis. We described some marketing tools and
competitive edge, specially the core values that will be the key to success for us.
The budget we invested on it is 7 Crors with some down payment. We have two
objectives. (1) To provide electricity at cheap rate. ( 2) To clean the
environment. For this purpose we used different strategies & services. In the
end we conclude that

We are contributing to the economy in various beneficial ways which benefit
the economy and as well the society. We are eliminating monopoly of KESC
and WAPDA.
We are providing a clean and green environment. Focusing on following basis

This project and business plan (which is mentioned in next segments) is owned
by a private company named as “P.E.G” (Production of Electricity from
Garbage) instead of government of Pakistan, This is an innovative idea to keep
our city clean, basically I would be a dream come if we can convert what we
don’t want (garbage, waster material) into what we need (electricity). This is
basically a newly formed company working in Multan area for providing
electricity which is generated from garbage. The purpose of this company to
provide electricity at cheaper rate to the customers and earn profit as well. We
are introducing this company at a large scale.

THE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER:

Human resource is most the important element among other elements used for
running a company. P.E.G is basically a newly developed organization which is
owned by some members and there are many other people that have been hired
by the company for this business and project.
THE MARKETING MANAGER:
Manage all the aspects of company’s service sales including profit, loss,
customer service and technical support
Support the development of new offering and upgrades
Develop proposals which meet customer requirements
Customer with global factories on services pricing strategies cost estimates and
quotations
Co-ordinate strategies with senior management globally and co-ordinate sales
effort with thcompany equipment sales force
Carrying out market research to gain a clear understanding of what customers

At this time we know we are nothing. We are new entrant in the market and new
entrant is always at high risk. Our competitors are strong. Following are the

various means like coal, plastic, animal wastes, wood and using different types
of fuel, but our strong competitor is solar energy companies

generating electricity.
The electricity we are providing is 3/rs per unit
We are providing free of cost dustbins to every house of colony
Our rates are cheaper than WAPDA and solar system companies
Rates are less so that because we want poor and needy people to get access to
our product and services in future when our company will proceed towards
expansion.
RELATIONSHIP MANAGER:
He is the only one who take care about the need, wishes and dreams of
customers
He will not only offer or solve requests but also pro-actively offer ideas
He works to improve customer issues and challenges
Resolve customer complaints
Customer relationship officer is one who do customer relationship management.
It is a system for managing a company’s interaction with current and future
customers
To attract and satisfy the customer that why they are better than other
company’s
To ensure that organization policies and guidelines are consistently & strictly
followed
Ensure right segmentation to match customer profit

PRODUCT AND SERVICE:

Door to door garbage collection
Customer can check the electricity which is used by him through mobile app by
logging into his account.
We are providing them cheaper electricity
Dustbin is placed outside the customer’s house
24 hours availability of electricity
We will collect garbage from schools, offices, buildings, shopping centers etc.
We should focus on “reduce” and “reuse” strategy
The collection will be done weekly starting from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm and we
will asked from residents to place their garbage out for collecting every week
(Sunday)
You put your garbage out and it get picked up. The job of residents ends there.

To prepare electricity bills we will use a gadget which is known as “Smart

energy meter” which will be installed on the cables instead of electricity meters.
Through this gadget we can get online information about electricity units which
are consumed by consumers.
24 hours helpline services will be available for the consumers in case of any
problem
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICE PROVIDER:
To deliver consistent services to those who depend on us.
We leave our streets and roads clearer than we found them
To ensure the safety of the people around us
Clean atmosphere and environment and healthy life.
OPERATIONAL MANAGER:
Supervise all the operations of the organization
Supervise the engineers and sub-engineers and guide them regarding their
responsibilities.
Provide information regarding production and work to all the members who
invested
Motivate employees working under him
He will keep checking the production area
All the engineers will look after the technological issue under supervision of
operational manager
He will also be counted as board of director
He is responsible for all the operational activities
He will be accountable to the company and board of directors as well
He will also manage the external affairs and issue of the organization
HOW ELECTRICITY IS PRODUCED:
This Is machine which named as E.G.G
Electricity is bumped into the machine
Machine crushes that garbage into small pieces
After that un-necessary material which is of no use, is separated from the
garbage in the form of gas.
After that garbage is heated at 900 to 1200 F temperatures
After that the heat which is produced from the garbage while burning is
converted into electricity with the help of “Waste Energy Conversion
Technology

We are required following things to Start-Up our Business
We need land or place where we plant our project.
Machine for generating electricity which will import from China.
Wire, Cables, Transformers, Poles, towers and special kind of meters called
“SMRT ENERGY METER” for supplement or networking of electricity.
Vehicles for collecting garbage.
Big and small containers and dustbins which will be installed at different places.
We require labor workforce
We also need processing cost for 1st month to operate our machinery and this
amount will be deducted or use from our investment because it will be the 1 st
month or initial stage of our project

INVESTMENT BY SHAREHOLDERS:
• We have 6 shareholders that will invest on this project. Every shareholder
will invest equally - The amount that will be invested by one shareholder
is 12, 80,000Rs
- After 18month we will be successful to get investment of our
shareholders back.

REVENUE ESTIMATION:
Electricity will be given to our customers on following rates of units
that they will consumer.
Its consumption of one house is 800 units per month then we will charge
it 20/Rs per unit so total amount of that house become 16000. This
amount will be get from 1house and we are targeting 500 houses of “Real
Heaven Colony” So, total revenue become 8000000/Rs monthly.

TOTAL AMOUNT FROM ONE HOUSE =16000

TOTAL AMOUNT FROM 500 HOUSES=500*16000
=8000000
ND
2 SOURCE OF REVVENUE:
We can also get revenue from payment that will be charged from our targeted
customer by provided them service of collecting garbage to their houses
Garbage will be collected weekly bases but it will be paid by customers after
1month.
Through this way we will be able to get 50000Rs revenue monthly.
ESTIMATION OF PROFIT:
Monthly cost of P.E.G: 8000000
MONTHLY COST FROM COLLECTION OF GARBAGE: 50000
TOTAL MONTHLY REVENUE: 8050000
EXPENSES:
Monthly installment = 1200000
- monthly processing cost = 1000000.
- Monthly Employees wages salary Expenses =1500000
Total Monthly Expenses = 3700000
- Total estimated Profit = Total M.R – Total M.E
= 8050000 – 3700000
= 4350000

= 870,000

CONCLUSION:
• According to our conclusion this project will be beneficial for our
company and for our customer. It will be an innovating and reliable idea,
if this idea could be implemented in Pakistan, this can cause economic
stability in our country. Not only this, we can generate revenue by using
this technique on large scale. This house our garbage problem will be
resolved and we can get 24 hour electricity which is generated through
garbage. If Electricity will be cheaper, poor and needy people can also
utilize it.
