ass in Buffalo, Missouri, and was printed by Walsworth Publishing Company in Marceline,
issouri. The account was serviced by Walsworth Sales Representative Jared Kelly and
alsworth Customer Service Representative Dana Davis. The cover is a Smyth Hewn Hard
over printed with four color on linen. There are 132 pages in the 8 1/2 by 11 book and
