Position Title: VISUAL COMMUNICATIONS ANALYST I

III. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT


 Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts or any related field with a solid background in graphic design
 Technical Certificates in related field

IV. JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS


 1 – 2 years of experience in graphic designing
 Creative and innovative skills
 Effective oral and written communication skills
 Excellent presentation skills
 Excellent project management, organizational, and salesmanship skills
 Knowledge of interactive design including best practices in technology, usability and user experience
 Keen to details and well organized
 Ability to use analytical and artistic approach to solve complex issues, to handle multiple projects, to
delegate and to prioritize different tasks
 Knowledge of industry – leading software and technologies (Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe Illustrator
CC, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Lightroom)
 Knowledge on video editing software (Adobe Premiere)
 Demonstrable graphic design skills and an updated portfolio

 Conceptualizes visuals based on requirements


V. CORE
 Creates images and layouts by hand or using design software
FUNCTIONS
 Tests graphics across various media

 Studies design briefs and determines requirements


 Schedules projects and defines budget constraints
 Conceptualizes visuals based on requirements
 Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
VI. DUTIES AND
 Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
RESPONSIBILITIES
 Uses the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphics
 Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
 Tests graphics across various media
 Amends designs after feedback
 Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on – brand
