Research Questions

 How has technology effected communication in the real estate industry?

 Will technology make the real estate agent profession obsolete?

Kinds of research: I will be using scholarly research and internet research. I believe by using
these two research methods I will be able to find a significant amount of information. With my
mother being a real estate agent, I will try to get field research the next time I visit my
hometown. Scholarly research could give me a great insight of the history of the real estate
industry and what it was like during different time periods. Internet research will help me learn
about new applications and processes that are in the real estate industry. Field research would
give me hands on information of what the industry is currently like and information that I would
not be able to find online or in a book.
