The diagram shows the two processes for manufacturing black tea. The traditional way is used
for making loose tea and modern process is ideal for teabags.

When collecting tea, the tea picker picks only the two top leaves and the bud of ensure a high
quality tea. Then, the tea leaves go through withering, where leaves are spread out and air is
passed through withering, where leaves are spread out and air is passed through them to remove
up to 60 per cent of their moisture.

After that, the leaves are ready for rolling or cutting. Factories use traditional methods of rolling
and crushing or faster modern methods of cutting, tearing and curling to make teabags. In both
processes, natural enzymes are produced from the leaves. The next step is oxidation, where the
enzymes from the leaves mix with the air. This changes the colour of the leaves from green to
copper and creates a nice flavour and aroma. Finally, the leaves are fired and dried. By this stage,
little moisture remains in the tea-just three per cent.

The chart illustrates how to produce black tea by two different methods. The general overview
here is that the process follows several steps.

In the first stage, fresh tea leaves are gathered by farmers. However, in order to ensure the good
quality of tea, only bud and two top leaves are picked. After that, all leaves will be withered on
rack by air, which results in 60% moisture out. In the next stage, these leaves are processed into
two methods: traditional method to generate loose tea and modern method to create tea bags. In
traditional technique, leaves will be rolled flat and broken followed by the release of enzymes
from them.

To compare in modern technique, leaves will be cut,torn and then curled which results to create
smaller granular pieces. Further, oxidation will be done by spreading the rolled leaves on tiles or
cement, so that leaves change to copper color by combining enzymes to air. In the final stage, hot
air dryers are used to get the copper color leaves dry which results the total of 97% moisture out
by release of flavor and aroma from them.

In recent years, youngsters live a sedentary lifestyle due to their lack of time to relax even to play
around with their peers. Moreover, the school duties sometimes bring them in full of pressure. I
strongly believe that this case is caused by the parental pressure and university competition.
Therefore, this essay will look into the causes provided by some solutions.

Parents sometimes bring pressure toward the children’s life since parents demand the children to
pursue a higher future career. They tend to encourage children to spend their time for study, even
they are not afraid to spend money for children education. For instance, parents will put the
children into several courses which are relevant to their study. They believe that bringing
children to the course will pose a help to master their studies at school. Therefore, there is no
spare time for young people to enjoy their life.
On the one hand, university competition force students to study much harder since university just
recruits or accepts students who have higher grades. Entering university level will create a high
competition among others nationally even internationally. Moreover, the university has a high
standard as a requirement. Consequently, to gain the standard, young people should make good
preparation. Therefore, it sometimes makes young people under-pressure even depression. They
will try to do something that enables them to gain their goals such as study a lot.

As the result, the best solution to cope with these problems is the awareness of parents. Parents
should realise that their actions can cause anxiety and stress among the children. Therefore, bring
back the role of parents is essential in this case. They should understand the children’s condition
thus children can use their spare time to stress-relief such as go on vacation or hang out with
their peers. Additionally, affirmative action is needed to overtake the university case. The
government should expand the number of universities, thus it can reduce the competition level
and young people would then have a variety of choices. As the result, youngsters would be able
to spend their teenage time with joy and happiness.

To sum up, the understanding between parents and children will bring a beautiful harmony and
followed by a support from the government. Therefore, it is easy for youngsters to suffer from
this problem.

Nowadays, the youth spend most of time on studying without doing the things they like.
Honestly, this phenomenon may led to lots of problems since they burden too much pressure.

To begin with, I convinced that the most of pressure comes from their parents. Parents always
expect their children being outstanding. In order to achieve the goal, parents will supervise their
children whether they study hard. Secondly, it has become more and more competitive in modern
society. People who are more extraordinary than the peer can be chosen to those top companies.
Beside earning a living, people are seeking to be successful. These factors cause a lot of negative
effects, such as disease, tension of society, moreover, the growth of suicide. People should
considerate these problems seriously.

I suppose the direct solution is to change people's concept that studying is not the only method to
success. Therefore, we should start change it from the individual to the organization. People
should advocate the parity of each occupation and realize that each occupation is respectable, the
white-collar is not better than the blue-collar. Moreover, the government should fund a
scholarship to encourage those have talent in sport, music and painting children.

It cannot deny that studying is important to the young people since knowledge is the foundation
of developing. But we have to agree with that under no circumstance should they scarify their
leisure time for studying only, they deserve to explore the world without bearing any burden.
