Accomplishments:

 Motivate my students to study hard for them to have a brighter future.

 Encourage my senior high school students to pursue their dreams in life and allow STII to be part of
their journey in achieving their dreams.

Problems:

 The faculty and staff do not have their own comfort room. Sometimes, when I used the comfort room
located in the covered court it smells so bad due to the lack of discipline in terms of cleanliness of
some students.

 As a teacher in this institution I am not fully informed or properly oriented about the faculty hand-outs.
What are the dos and don’ts of this institution.

 The chalk that we are using is very dusty, sometimes I experienced difficulty in breathing because of
this.

Recommendations:

 For the improvement of facility, it is better if the administration of this institution will construct a separate
comfort room exclusively for the use of the faculty and staff to establish privacy between teachers
and students.

 I am humbly asking to the administration to kindly provide us a chalk that is dustless for health care
purposes.

 Teachers should be properly oriented about the faculty hand outs so that we will be aware most
especially to the things that we should not do. Through this, violations being committed by teachers
will be eliminated if not at least it can be minimize.

 Having a fix list of requirements for salary will help the teacher as well as the administration to achieve
a smooth flow of work.
