Executive Summary
 Aao ghoomen Pakistan is a local tourist agency that helps people achieve their desires of
exploring glorious mountain ranges of Pakistan.
 AGP business competitor are Adventure Societies & Tour agencies in the city.
 AGP is starting their business from their final year project in BBA. They are organizing a
trip to Mushkpuri top near Nathia gali.
 Their charges for trip are quiet low, and by low pricing strategy they are playing so well.
 They are entrepreneurs and they planned to make this AGP tourist agency to be their source
off income in future.
 They are like 4 partners who are fulfilling their dream by working together.
 They are more secure & more experienced from the market.
 The Company is also providing pricing packages (group discounts, early booking discounts
etc.)

Objectives
 To provide better options to market for availing the services comparatively more secure,
amazing & cheaper.
 Their main aim was to achieve the target they made and that is to take two buses on trip
which they achieve so beautifully.
 They organized everything so well and trip is totally luxurious and awesome, but on the
other hand with all these things they are earning a good profit and even good name in the
eyes of their customers.

Marketing Analysis
By doing a great marketing analysis and by seeing all other companies of tourism, we come to this
point that our company that is AGP tourism is launching themselves so differently with so much
surprises for their customers i.e. they have also included trekking to pipeline track after Mushkpuri
top and this is surprise and source of great entertainment for the members.

Because all other tourism companies are charging such high rates and they take clients to the point
which is included in their package but on the other hand AGP tourism is taking their clients to
some extra places and providing them great pleasure and fun.

SWOT Analysis
We intend to enter a highly lucrative market in a rapidly growing economy. We foresee our
strengths as the ability to respond timely to the market dictates and to provide custom designed
travel excursions to travelers. Below are the summarized strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and
threats.

Strengths

 This will reduce our addiction on one particular market.


 The directors intend to engage well-qualified and experienced employees to jointly develop
business strategy and long-term plans, so as to realize company objectives.
 The company will initiate extensive advertising and marketing, promoting both its name
as well as service/product awareness. Hence an aggressive and focused marketing
campaign with clear goals and strategies shall be one of our mainstays.

Weaknesses

 Lack of a reputation in comparison to our competitors. This is due to the fact that we are
still new on the market.
 The introduction of new organizational practices and personnel who have not previously
worked together presents an objection to the organization.
 A limited financial base related to the major players in the industry.
Opportunities

 Current drive by government towards encouraging the participation of indigenous


entrepreneurs in tourism presents an opportunity which we may fully utilize.

 Presently there is no reliable public transportation company to take tourists to areas of


interest.

 Opportunities for new markets & tourism product.

 Good chance for advance meant or progress.

Threats

The present growth in the tourism sector may result in an increasing number of firms entering the
market. This may led to increased competition comes up from a variety of given sources including:

 Established travel agencies, hotels and lodges may look at the development of new lines
and vertically consolidate transportation so as to provide additional services to clients.
 New marketing strategies and tactics by established companies aimed at providing
excursions of our intended nature.
 Existing competition.

Marketing Strategies

Our strategy is “Market Development” i.e. we are introducing ourselves in already developed
market but with so many incentives.
A market development strategy targets non-buying customers in currently targeted segments. It
also targets new customers in new segments. Another way is to expand sales through new uses for
the product.

One core element of our strategy will be that of differentiation from our competitors. In terms of
marketing we intend to ensure that our name and services are marketed on an extensive basis so
that customers are aware of our existence.

In price, we intend to offer reasonable and competitive prices in comparison to competition and
we need to be able to sustain that. Our service marketing will strive to ensure that we establish
long relationships with clients.

AGP tourism are giving incentives to their clients in form of trekking to pipeline track after
trekking to Mushkpuri top. They are also arranging a two day trip to Mushkpuri top instead of one
day trip while other tourism companies just offer one day trip and even their rates are so high.

Budget

 Their total budget package for single person is 4000Rs.


 They give discount on their 2nd day of booking and book many seats with 200rs discount.
 They take 2000rs on advance booking other money will be paid on the time of arrival.
 They are providing Three Times Meals, Transportation, One Night Accommodation Tour
Guide, and Photography in their package of 4000rs.
 They earned a profit of Rs. 40,000.
 Total Cost on whole trip is 1 Lac and 35000 Rs.

Controls and Contingency


 All control of trip is in the hands of 5 main members.
 They are taking two coasters on trip, and members will divide themselves in coaster and
control and assist their clients.
 They are providing their clients with best accommodation.
 They have the side option of trekking on pipeline track which is surprise for their clients.
