Drawing Opponent Time 15-20min Equipment Per • 1x ball Group • 6x cones Instructions • 2 attackers 1 defender • The 2 attackers position themselves at the corner of the grid. 1 player has the ball • Defender stays along a line at the halfway point • The aim is for the attacking players to get past the defender • Repeat, changing roles
Drop out Drop In Time 15-20min Equipment Per • 1x ball Group • 10x cones Instructions • 2x teams of 6 • Attackers start the game with a tap on the halfway mark • Defenders must retreat 5m on all roll balls • Attackers have ball for 6 touches. Errors counted as touches • When a ball carrier is touched in the defending teams half the defender must exit the field and jog around the nearest marker cone • Defender then returns to the field in an onside position
