IV. Evaluation

1. Guided Activity
 The activity is about catching a fish in the aquarium box (instructional material) the
teacher will give a problem equation using the Power Point Presentation and the
student will answer the problem using the instruction material.

How to use the instruction material?

a. The student will be given a subtraction problem:

 Ben is selling 10 fishes at the Fish Shop. Julio buys 5 fishes. How many fishes are left?
 Ben is selling 7 fishes at the Fish Shop. Asher buys 4 fishes. How many fishes are left?

aquarium and write the correct answer on the white board and the student will get a SMILEY on
the reward chart.

2. Independent Activity

A. Basic Activity
 Using instructional material the student will play a game called Push the Balls. This game has
numbers to subtract that the students will answer.

How to use this material?

a. The student will be given a number to subtract.

b. The student will push the balls (e.g. 4-3 = 1, 3 balls will be pushed) using the hammer.
c. The remaining balls will be answer on the given number to subtract.
d. The student will write the answer on the white board.
B. Average Activity:
 The student will answer the worksheet called Subtraction Smash. The student will be given 3 set
of numbers to subtract and find the answer using clay. The student will smash the clay on how
many number to be subtracted (e.g. 5-3 = 2, 3 clay to be smash). The student will write the
answer on the worksheet.

C. Advanced Activity:
 The students will answer the worksheet given by the teacher about subtraction and work
independently.
