HOUSE RULES
PROGRAM FACILITATORS
The RTC Tacloban trainers shall serve as the Program Facilitators with
the assistance of the members of the RTC Staff and Personnel.
The Facilitators is composed of Regional Core Trainers of RTC
Tacloban. They were selected based on their outstanding participation and
performance in the TM Level I Course they had attended.
TECHNICAL/ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Engr. Joel Vivo shall serve as the Program Coordinator of the training
while the Regional Core Trainers shall be extended by the following:

1. Engr. Emmanuel M. Garcia


2. Engr. Reynaldo Rosillo

REGISTRATION
All participants are required to register daily for the program.
Registration shall be in the APACC Room at RTC office.

ATTENDANCE
Checking of attendance shall be done in the morning and in the
afternoon. The secretariat will facilitate the checking of attendance through
your facilitators. This is to ensure completeness of attendance during the
sessions and other activities.

WEARING OF IDs
Wear your IDs at all times when inside the workshop and the NTTA Main
Building. For purposes of efficiency, may we request that you drop the ID jacket
to the box provided.

TIME MANAGEMENT
Sessions shall start promptly at 8:30 in the morning and end at 5:30 in
the afternoon. Sessions may be extended as the need arises. Coffee Breaks are
allowed. Coffee is available at session room.

QUESTION AND ANSWER/CLARIFICATORY PERIOD


The participants may raise questions to clarify concerns during the
course of the discussion.
WORKSHOP MATERIALS/SUPPLIES
Supplies and materials are available with the Secretariat and shall be
provided upon request.
CALLS/VISITORS LIST OF PARTICIPANTS
We request the participants to refrain from leaving the session rooms

while the sessions are in progress. Telephone calls/visitors must be
entertained during break time. Please keep your mobile phones in silent
mode.

HOST TEAM

There shall be five (5) groups to serve as host teams for the duration of
the workshop. The grouping is posted at the APACC Room and a copy shall
also be included in your kit.
Host teams shall be assigned to facilitate smooth flow of the daily
activities. The host teams are requested to:
• Lead the Morning Prayer;
• Make a recap of the previous day’s sessions;
• Facilitate unfreezing exercises; and
• Organize group activities.

Training Arrangements
The Training Program will run from June 4, 2012 to June 26, 2012.
The Competency Based Training Delivery approach shall be employed during
the implementation of the program. The following are the competencies of
TM 1 which the TVET Trainers shall undergo:

1. Plan Training Sessions;


2. Facilitate Learning Sessions;
3. Maintain Training Facilities;
4. Supervise Work-based Learning;
5. Utilize Electronic Media in Facilitating Training;
6. Conduct Competency Assessment.

The following Regional Core Trainers shall be the lead facilitators of


the training program:
